Terms of use

By accessing the Bop it tots website, booking and attending a class, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our website.  These Terms of Use are an ongoing contract between you the client and Bop it tots and apply to your use of our website and service to you.

Online sessions:

Online videos are available to rent and used for the purpose intended.  They should not be distributed / shared on social media or any other platform.  Bop it tots holds the rights of all its contents and class structure. 

Bop it tots music and movement class:

Bop it tots classes are for children aged 1 -4 years with each child having a completed an enrolment form in their name.  Parents or guardians are required to stay with the child throughout the session and are fully responsible of the supervision of their child at all times.  The number of children per adult is 1:2 for insurance and safety purposes.

Waiver of Liability, Release, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement Notice:

This is a legally binding agreement.  You understand that by agreeing to this Waiver of Liability, you release and hold harmless Bop it tots, its owners, employees and volunteers, and all other persons or entities acting for them from any claims, demands, suits, cost and charges, in connection with or arising out of Bop it tots services, including but not limited to, personal injury, bodily harm, injury, or property damage occurring while your child/children is/are participating in a Bop it tots class. Bop it tots cannot accept any liability if the client does not comply with specific instructions and will not not be held liable for any injury caused by or arising from resources used in our class.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bop it tots and are protected by copyright rights laws.

Privacy & Safety

Bop it Tots will ask you to provide information that personally identifies you, your location or your contact information when you enrol in a free trial or class or request information from us. We will use your personal information to fulfil your specific request and also to make contact with you related to that request.

For example, when you provide personal information to enrol in a class, we will use that information to register your child, but we will also use that information to contact you about billing and service matters or if we have a question or dispute with you. If you contact us with questions about our service, we will use your contact information to answer your specific questions, but may also use your personal contact information to provide additional materials about our services or events at a later date.

Bop it Tots will only access your personal information and/or share it with third parties for the following purposes: (i) as needed to confirm compliance with the terms of your registration agreement or to enforce our rights under a registration agreement; (ii) if required to do so by Australian law or to comply with legal process; (iii) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public. Bop it Tots will not sell your personal information to anyone.

Terms and Conditions - Bookings

To ensure you can attend a class, you must pre-book your attendance to any of our sessions using the secure online booking system available on our website.  You will receive a confirmation email upon booking online.   

 

If you commit to purchasing a class pass then you have the flexibility of choosing when and where to attend.  One pass used per booking .  Class passes must be used within 3 months of purchase.

All class bookings and passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable. All payment must be made upon booking and prior to the scheduled start time of the class. You will not be able to attend a class if payment has not been made.

 

We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise; if you need to reschedule your booking you can do so up to 1 day prior to your class. To reschedule your booking, sign in to your account, go to the 'My Bookings' tab and from there you can view, edit and manage your bookings. When you reschedule, your class credit will remain in your account and will be used for the next booking. Rescheduled classes must be used within 3 months. 

Any late cancellation of a scheduled session made without 1 days notice for a class will result in a cancellation at the cost of the session. The same policy will apply if you are a no show or absent.

 

Parents are asked to keep their child at home if they have a serious infection and to inform us as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted. We cannot offer a refund for a session missed due to illness unless informed 1 day prior where you may reschedule.

Please keep your child at home if he/she:

 

• Has a fever or has had one in the previous 24 hours
• Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
• Has heavy nasal discharge
• Has discharging eyes

 

Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:

 

• Measles
• Chicken pox
• German measles
• Whooping cough
• Impetigo
• Scarlett fever
• Hand, foot and mouth disease
• Coronavirus

 

During the class Bop it tots may take video or media (with parental consent) and you may wish to take pictures or videos of your children, provided it doesn't interfere with the class.  These images will be used for online publicity (including Facebook and Instagram). Media will be stored securely and will not be kept for longer than they are needed for the purpose listed.

In addition, please always be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop, please do respect the rights of others.

In addition, if we feel that the amount of video is excessive, not just short clips, then you may be asked to stop.
