Our Story
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY
Creating safe, respectful and inclusive environments for every child.
At Bop It Tots, the safety and wellbeing of children is central to everything we do. Our programs are designed to provide safe, engaging and supportive environments where children can explore music, movement and play with confidence.
We believe every child has the right to feel safe, respected and valued. We take our responsibility seriously and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to child abuse, actively working to prevent harm and respond appropriately to any concerns.

Through strong policies, staff training and partnerships with families and community venues, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of child safety across all Bop It Tots programs.
Our Approach to Child Safety
Safe Environments
We carefully consider the environments where our programs take place. Whether delivering sessions in early learning centres, community venues or special events, we implement supervision procedures, risk assessments and safety checks to ensure children can participate safely.
Safe Practices
Our Child Safe Code of Conduct outlines the behaviours expected of all our team when interacting with children. These standards help ensure respectful, appropriate and safe interactions at all times.
Safe People
All Bop It Tots educators undergo thorough screening including Working With Children / Blue Card Checks and reference checks. Our team also participates in child safety training and professional development to ensure they understand their responsibilities when working with children.
Reporting & Responding
We have clear procedures for identifying, responding to and reporting concerns about a child’s safety. Staff are trained to act immediately and follow reporting obligations when concerns arise.
