Family Enrollment Agreement - Terms & Conditions

$ 12.50 per child per week (inclusive of GST). $10.50 (Sibling Discount)

Payments are collected fortnightly in advance via BECS Direct Debit through our secure payment partner GoCardless Australia Pty Ltd (AFSL 513764).

By enrolling, you authorise recurring payments under the BECS Direct Debit Request (DDR). GoCardless presents and stores the DDR mandate securely, and your bank details are protected under Australian banking standards.

You may cancel your enrolment with at least 1 business day’s notice before the next billing cycle.

Sessions cancelled by Bop It Tots (e.g. the instructors absence) will be credited automatically.

Individual absences where the session runs as scheduled are non-refundable. If your child is going to be absent please give at least 1 notice and a credit will be applied.

Your weekly fee covers one scheduled session per week.

Public holiday sessions will be paused; no charge applies.

GoCardless automatically retries unsuccessful payments up to three times over a 10-day period.

Repeated failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of your child’s participation until the account is settled.

Your bank and personal details are managed exclusively by GoCardless Australia Pty Ltd in accordance with the BECS Direct Debit Scheme and Australian privacy legislation.
Bop It Tots does not store or have access to your full bank account information.
